The bad: - The front fascia is comical (never underestimate the influence the ricers have had on the automotove designers). - I wish they would have returned to a horizontal headlight and tail light arrangement. - The wheels look too derivative from other Nissan models. - There is too much sharing of interior parts from other Nissan/Infiniti vehicles (the nav unit and A/C vents for example) - I know cost saving reasons drive this, but when it runs too far across the product offerings, I think it cheapens the image for them. - The big "Z" on the steering wheels seems to be sized big enough to remind you that you're in a Z and not some other Nissan vehicle. Is the interior design THAT forgettable? It would look better if it was smaller. - And the oft-mentioned vertical door handle. The not-so-bad: I would have preferred two large guages in front of the steering wheel (like the 240Z had) and it would have looked better if the three aux guages were more integrated into the dash. The good: I'm glad they moved the rear turn signal and reverse lights back to the brake light cluster. I never understood why they separated them like that on the Z33 - it looked really bad. As for other exterior styling commentary: - The crease line below the door reminds me of the BMW Z4 Chris Bangle treatement; I would like to have seen them extend that line all the way to the leading edge of the rear wheel opening. - I see too much of this car's bulbous rump when I looked at the rear 3/4 pic of the 370:

I wonder how all of the new styling will translate to the 'vert? Dave
